The red kite

Ten years ago, a girl who called Jenny went to a divination shop. The divinatory told her that she would be unlucky when she saw a red kite. The angry also said that she would die if she doesn’t be careful. She did not believe the divine. She shouted to the augur, “It is not true, you can’t know what I will happen!” and he went away angry.

After ten years, Jenny became a shop keeper and she had a good live. One day, when she went to a coffee house, a child was playing a kite. The kite was red, and the child sinister smile to Jenny. Although Jenny felt scared on that time, she did not discover the red kite. In the meantime, the angry disappeared too. Jenny ordered a coffee and cake there. Suddenly, the waiter threw coffee to Jenny and Jenny became angry. She left there quickly.

Jenny’s hair was very long, and she went to a barber shop and cut her hair. When she went inside the shop, a red kite picture hung on the wall. She did not discover again, and she enjoyed her cutting. After a few times, she felt asleep and she slept for about an hour. The hairstylist woke her up after an hour. Jenny looked at the glass and shouted, because her hairstylist cut all the hair on her head. She was unhappy, and she bought a hat in a shop quickly.

She wore a hat and went to her shop. When she arrived at the shop, a man stole a banana in her shop. The man was wearing a red kite picture clothes, but Jenny did not discover that again. Jenny went after the man, and she wanted to catch him. Suddenly, the man went to the MTR stations. The boy went inside the train and Jenny also. Jenny caught the man angrily and shouted, “I need to catch you to the police office!” The man did not say anything.

When Jenny took the man out of the MTR station, the man took out his knife that to use for eating. When the man wanted to kill her, a police disappeared and caught the man to the police office. Jenny was relaxed after she caught the man, but she did not look to the street, and a car collided to her and she died. Before she died, she saw a red kite flew in the sky. She recalled anything and she was regret, but it was late.

My name is Alex, I am a secondary school student. I did not have any happiness at home. I could not go out at night, but my classmates could. I hated my family and I was very angry everyday.

One day, I told my mum that I would return late that night, but my mum did not allow and hit me. I was furious, and I thought about this incident when I went to school. When I arrived at my school, my classmate, Andy, told me I was very cute. I knew that he was lying, and I was infuriated and we fought. At that time, I was very bold and my friends were very shocked.

It was the beginning of my life as a bully. Every time Andy said something I disliked, I hit him. From then on, I hate him and always fought with him. He was very angry too, but he did not have enough power to win me. But when I was home everyday, my parents keep hitting me when I got disappointing marks.

When I went to school one day, I got a lot of gifts from my classmates. I was overjoyed and forgot everything, but I discovered that Andy did not buy a gift for me. I was enraged and hit him. Suddenly, other classmates joined me to hit him. I had a lot of friends at that time, and I became the leader of the group.

Something happened in January: my friends and I hit Andy. Suddenly, a lot of teachers came into my classroom. My friends and I were very frightened and Andy escaped quickly. I knew what happened: Andy told the teachers we hit him. My homeroom teacher asked my parents to meet him. My parents beat me up again, but I shouted, “You hit me everyday, do you understand how I feel?” My parents did not say anything. Luckily, Andy did not call the police. That night, my parents apologized to me, and I was surprised.

After that, Andy became my friend and we did not have bullies in our class anymore.

Alone - amended

Last Friday after school, I went back home and discovered that my family was on a trip already. They left five hundred dollars to me, and I would live in Hong Kong alone for a week.

The next morning, I got up late, because my mum was not at home, and no one woke me up. When I got up, it was eleven o’clock. I felt very bored and I just watched television and slept. I did not cook and ordered takeaway. After dinner, I thought to myself, “I can’t stay at home all the time. I should go outside!”

On the third day, I also got up late, but I went to Mongkok in the afternoon. I found a lot of clothes and bags there. I was ecstatic and wanted to buy everything. I was exhausted after shopping. I went to McDonald’s to buy something to eat and took a rest. I was very happy and it was the best Sunday I have ever had. After the rest, I went back home myself. I forgot I was alone, and I was ecstatic too. When I went back home, I was very tired and I felt asleep quickly.

On the forth day, I got up at nine o’clock. I forgot to go to school, and I watched television at home. When it was ten o’clock, someone called me on the phone. “Hello, this is Miss Chan, Law Chun Yin’s homeroom teacher. Can I talk to him please?” “Oh my Gad, I forgot to go to school!” I answered. “I think I should take a rest today!”

I panicked because I did not have any reason for not going to school. I was very scared and I just wanted to sleep. I did not want to think. The next day, I got up early and I went to school early too. I finally made use of the alarm function of my mobile phone.

When I arrived at school, I discovered that I forget to bring my money for lunch. In the afternoon, I was starving. So I used my Octopus card to buy food. After school, I stayed there and played basketball. I was enjoying my time alone, and my family went back too.

Alone

Last Friday after school, I went back home and I discovered my family had all in a trip already. They put five hundred dolls to me, and I will live in Hong Kong alone for a week.

Next day morning, I got up late, because my mum was not at home, and no one took me up. When I got up, it was eleven o’clock. I felt very bored and I just watched TV and slept. I just bought my lunch and dinner outside. After dinner in the evening, I thought myself, “I can’t stay at home only, and I should go outside myself!”

The third day, I also got up late, but I would go to Mong Kok in the afternoon. After lunch, I went to Mong Kok. I went there, and I found many clothes and bags. I was very excited and I wanted to buy it. I was vey tired after my shopping, and I went to McDonald to buy some things to eat and took a rest. I was very happy and it was my best Sunday too. After the rest, I went back home myself. I forgot I was alone, but I could also happy too. When I went back home, I was very tired and I slept quickly.

The forth day, I got up at nine o’clock. I lost I should go to school, and I watched the TV at home. When it was ten o’clock, some one called the home telephone. “Hello, I’m Lingnan Secondary’s teacher. I want to find Law Chun Yin.” Teacher said. “Oh my gad, I forgot to go to school!” I answered. “I think I shall have a rest today!” I said again.

I was very scared, because I did not have any cause why I did not go to school. I was very scared and I just want to sleep. I did not want to think anything. Next day, I got up early and I went to school early too. I thought I lost my phone; my phone could take me up.

They had unique abilities, like how change shape or they could result fire or ice too.

It was my second time to watch X-men. It was very fun, and I thought the story wanted to tell us, don’t to discriminate against anybody. We lived in the earth together. My favourite character was Wolverine. He was a werewolf; he could reply his wound quickly. His hand could reach the blades and he had the big power to fight anybody. He was the principal in the X-men movie and he was very brave too. He was a strong man and he was very violence too.

Pearl Habour - amended

John was a commander-in-chief. He looked at a calendar, and it was 7^th December, 1946 that day. He went to a graveyard. He was finding a grave sadly. Suddenly, he stopped in front of a grave, and he cried. John closed his eyes, and he thought about what happened in Pearl Habour five years ago.

“John, get up quickly!” Jason shouted. “What happened? I’m exhausted!” John whispered. Suddenly, they heard a broadcast. The coach shouted, “We are raided, it isn’t a maneuver!” “Where’s Tommy?” asked Jason. “He’s very petrified!” Jason said. John, Jason and Tommy were the soldiers who were being trained. “Now, you need to fight!” a leader shouted. He ordered, “Go to the warplane in our training camp! The Japanese don’t know we have some warplanes!”

John and the other soldiers arrived at the airport. There were many Japanese warplanes in the sky. “John, come here quickly!” Jason cried, and he fired to the Japanese with a machine gun. “Oh my God! Our warplanes have been discovered already! What can we do?” Tommy was scared. “We can’t lose the warplanes! They are our trump card! Go to the warplane quickly! There are more than ten warplanes that are not damaged!” John said while he was running towards a warplane.

“I’ll go first, sir! Thank you for your teaching!” John said to the coach. The coach said, “Good luck to you!” Suddenly, the coach fell down, he was shot. There were only five warplanes which could fly and fight with the Japanese. Jason, John, Tommy and the other two soldiers drove the warplanes. The first warplane exploded before it took off. Tommy, Jason and John fired at the Japanese.

“Tommy, don’t be scared! Now you aren’t a coward, you are a soldier!” said Jason. Tommy was thinking other things, “We were playing in the river happily yesterday and we were relaxed!” Suddenly, Tommy’s warplane was hit. “Tommy!” John shouted. Jason and John shot down many warplanes after Tommy died. “Jason, don’t be rash!” John told. After half an hour, the Japanese left. John became the commander-in-chief. Jason wanted to kill the Japanese himself, and he continued to be a soldier.

After a year, Jason drove the B-17 warplane and fired at the Japanese furiously. John was the commander-in-chief so he stayed in the USA. He called Jason on the phone, “Jason, don’t fight anymore, come back!” “No, they’ve killed Tommy!” Jason answered and he hung up the phone. The next day, Jason did not come back. John was very sad, and he ordered the soldiers to throw two atomic bombs to Japan. Japan surrendered and the Second World War ended.

At the grave, there were two flowers and a letter. It wrote, “Japan lost, and five years have passed since the Pearl Habour incident! I will never forget you, my friends, Tommy and Jason!”

There were many Japanese’s warplanes in the sky. “John, come here quickly!” Jason shouted, and he fire to the Japanese with a machine gun. “Oh my god, the warplane have discovered already! How can we do?” Tommy asked scary. “We can’t lose the last warplane! Go to the warplane quickly! There are more ten warplanes are not damage!” John shouted with other and he was running along a warplane.

I go first, sir thank you your teaching!” John said to the leader. The leader response, “Good luck for you!” Suddenly, the leader fall down, he was shot. There were only five warplanes can fly and fight with the Japanese. Jason, John, Tommy and the other two soldiers. The first warplane was exploded before it fly. Tommy, Jason and John flew in the sky and they fired to the Japanese.

“Tommy, don’t be scared, although you are coward! Now you aren’t, you are soldier!” said Jason. “Jason, John and I are playing in a river happily. We are very relaxed” Tommy thought. Suddenly, Tommy’s warplane was fired. “Tommy!” John shouted. Jason and John fire many warplanes after Tommy died. “Jason, don’t explode!” John said. After a half an hour, Japanese left. John became a command post’s leader. Jason wanted to kill the Japanese himself, and he kept to be a soldier.

After a year, Jason drove the B-17 warplane and started to fire to Japan. Jason was very angry and he fire to the Japanese recklessly. John said to Jason in the USA, “Jason, don’t fire, come back!” “No, they kill Tommy!” Jason answered and he turned off the radio. Next day, Jason did not come back. John was very sad, and he ordered the soldiers and fire two Atomic Bombs in Japan. Japan surrendered and The World War II end.

In the grave, there were two flowers and a letter. It wrote, “Japan was lost, today is Pearl Habour happened five anniversaries! I never forget you, my friends, Tommy and Jason!”

Art and Environment - amended

Jacky was a university student. Today, it was his first time to go to the university. Jacky’s neighbour was called Alan. Alan was introverted, and he did not speak much. Jacky did not understand why Alan did not talk to him. Jacky always asked him questions, but Alan only gave short answers. Jacky was very unhappy because of him and he did not want to sit with him.

One day, Alan did not go to school. Jacky heard that Alan was sick. Jacky went to Alan’s home after school. When Jacky arrived at Alan’s home, he discovered that no one was at home. Jacky discovered that the door was not locked. Jacky went inside Alan’s home quickly. Jacky saw a lot of art tools and paper on the desk. There was a lot of drawings too.

When Jacky closed the door, he saw that there were a lot of notes about his working timetable on the calendar. Jacky was very amazed, because it was his first time to see a tidy house. Jacky was a lazy boy, and his home was very messy. So Jacky thought Alan was very tidy. Jacky looked around the house and he saw there were some drawings on the wall.

Jacky was very interested in them, and their colours were very dark. One of the drawings made Jacky scared and unhappy. Jacky thought, “Why does Alan put this picture on the wall?” When Jacky was thinking about it, he stepped on something on the floor, and he fell down. It was a flyer. It was about the art museum in London. There would be an exhibition starting the next day.

When Jacky had seen the flyer, it wrote, “Invitees only!” Jacky saw an airplane ticket and an invitation card. Jacky was very surprised because he thought his neighbor was famous. Jacky kept looking at Alan flat. He saw a lot of DVDs about how to play basketball.

Suddenly, he heard a door opening. Jacky was scared, and he did not move. Alan used a key to open the door and he saw Jacky. Alan was alarmed and shouted, “Why are you here? Have you taken my invitation card and airplane ticket?” Jacky answered, “I heard that you are sick, so I come to visit you! When I arrived, I discovered that your door was not locked. So I came inside, but I didn’t take anything! You can search me!”

Alan started to chat with Jacky. Alan told him he had a picture by Van Gogh. Alan pointed at the picture on the wall, “This is Van Gogh’s drawing, and it is real! The museum wants to get it, so they invited me to go there! Do you want to go with me?” Jacky was overjoyed, “Why your home is so tidy? I thought you have a lot of pressure! You like watching DVDs about how to play sports, but why don’t you play them?” Alan answered, “It is because I am an artist, and I should be tidy, so I can have a good environment to finish my drawings!”

Then, Alan and Jacky went to the UK, and they became world-famous artists.

Alan was surprised and shouted, “Why you are here? Do you get my invite letter and airplane stick?” Jacky answered, “I hear other said you are sick, so I want to visit you! When I go here, I disappear your door do not lock. So I come inside, I do not get anything here! You can check my body!”

Alan was very doubt and he started to talk with Jacky. Jacky heard that Alan had a picture about Van Gogh. Do you want to go with me?” Jacky was very happy and he said, “Why your house is very tidy, I think you have some pressure! Then, Alan and Jacky went to the UK, and they become the famous artist. They became famous on the world.

Piano - amended

Once upon a time, there were two boys living in a village in Greece. They were twins. The older brother was called Pia, and the younger brother was called No. Pia was the bravest boy in the village, and he always went to the forest to explore. It was his favourite hobby. No was a timid boy, and he always stayed at home to invent musical instruments and waited for his older brother to cook for him.

One day, Pia went to the forest on Mount Olympic by himself. It was the first he went to that place and he was very happy. Suddenly, he heard the sound of a musical instrument. He was very interested. When he went closer, he saw a girl playing a harp. Pia loved the sound and he went to the mountain everyday.

The next day, Pia did not go back home. His younger brother was starving, but he did not know how to cook. Pia listened to the music, and he felt asleep. He got up the next afternoon. No was very hungry, and he went to the mountain to find his brother. He felt scared and shouted, “Pia, where are you? I am very hungry!”

.

Suddenly, the girl who played the harp went in front of him. No was very scared and he wanted to leave. No cried, “Pia, where are you? I am terrified!” Pia heard his younger brother crying and said, “No, I’m coming, don’t go away!” Pia went towards No’s voice but he could not find No. He kept finding for a night, but it was in vain.

Pia was miserable, and did not go to the mountain from then on. He stayed at home and waited for his brother to come back. The girl who played the harp was named Jenny, and she was a music goddess. She loved Pia, so she played the harp everyday to attract him. When No went to the forest, she was furious and did not want No to bring Pia back home. Jenny killed No that night. Before that, No whispered, “It is a new musical instrument, I made it at home yesterday! Pia like white and I like black!” Then, Jenny killed No.

Jenny was disappointed because Pia stayed at home, and did not leave home. Jenny felt guilty, and she named the new musical instrument “Piano”. Jenny played it everyday.

After a day, he got up in the afternoon. His brother was very hungry, and he went to the mountains to find his brother. He felt scared and shouted, “Pia brother, where are you? I am very hungry!”

Suddenly, the girl who played the guqin went in front of him. No was very scared and he wanted to leave there. No shouted loudly and cried, “Pia brother, where are? I am very scared!” Pia heard his younger brother was crying and he said, “No, I was coming, don’t go away!” When Pia went to the place where No was staying when he shouted, Pia did not see his brother.

Pia was very sad, and he did not go the mountains from then on. He stayed at home and waiting for his brother back. The girl who played the guqin called Jenny, and she was a music god. She loved Pia, so he played the guqin everyday. But that day, Pia’s brother came, and she was very angry and did not want No to bring Pia back home. Jenny killed No that night. Before Jenny killed No, No said, “It is a new guqin, I done it at home yesterday! Pia like white and I like black!” Then, Jenny killed No.

Jenny was very sad, because Pia stayed at home, and did not leave the home. Jenny felt sorry to Pia, and he gave a name to the new musical instruments, Piano. Jenny played it everyday.

Change in My Life - amended

I work everyday, and I have only got work in my life. I am a delivery man on Hong Kong Island. I like watching football matches and I watch the Premier League every weekend. My favourite football team is Manchester United. Rooney was my favourite football star. I am a part-time referee in the Hong Kong First Division Football League. It is my dream to be a World Cup referee.

One day, when I was very bored at work, our boss said we would have a new colleague that day, and he was a famous lawyer in Hong Kong. He was called Brandon. He went to our office and I needed to teach him how to deliver the documents to the destinations. I did not understand why a famous lawyer needed to work in our firm. My boss said, “Brandon is a famous lawyer in Hong Kong, and he is on a reality TV show, and he will work with us for a few days!”

Although he was famous, I did not know who he was. It was because I disliked watching television, and I only sleep and work every day. Brandon came to our office, and I taught him everything. He asked me, “How long have you worked here?” I answered, “I have worked here for three years.” He asked again, “Why don’t you have the target to get a better job?” I was excited, “I want to be a referee!” He did not understand, “Why not be a full-time referee?” I was a bit angry, “The Hong Kong government does not give us a lot of money to build sports ground, and they only care about the economy! I cannot be a full-time referee because my job only gives very little money, and I do not have enough money to live!” He was very surprised. I thought he did not have enough knowledge of the world.

We started to work, and I felt he was a lazy boy and he always complained during work. After work, he said to me that he felt it was more relaxing than making milk tea. I told him, “Hong Kong is a place with a big gap between the rich and the poor. Some people have an easy job, but some need to work hard!”

After a week, he left and he invited me to work at his chambers. I was very happy and worked there. Sometimes, he would watch the football match when I am the referee.

Change in My Life, Change,

Work everyday, and I only work in my life. I am a deliveryman in Hong Kong Island. I like watch football match and I watch premier league in every weekend.
