I always went to the circus when I was small. I wanted to be a juggler and famous in England. My ancestors were jugglers at the circus too. They were very famous in the UK. I was very lucky to be able to study in the Oxford University. My friends and I set up a circus. We always traveled to other countries, like the USA, Hong Kong, and France. I was happy to be a circus owner and a famous juggler in England

Our circus was called “Welcome to Our Country.” There were many people working in the circus. Ben and Cindy were the jugglers. Jacky was the animal trainer and he taught our lions to do some acts. “Baby”, the leader of the lions, was very obedient to Jacky. Ken was the clown in the circus and he was very kind and helpful. So many children loved him very much. Tom was the magician and he always performed magic tricks. Jenny rode on an elephant in the show and she always played with the dogs. Kenny and I were the leaders of the trapezes’ team.

However, things were turning bad. The World War II had started and everyone escaped to other countries. Our circus had gone to another country too. Business was bad, because many people did not have enough money and time to watch the show. They needed to go to safe places and had no time to go to the circus. I was very worried, because if I did not have a new idea, the circus would close down.

My friend had an idea: Our circus went to the army and performed the show to the soldiers. There were many soldiers and they were very bored. When we went inside, they were very happy. The commander gave us a lot of money. They fought the war happily.

The army was fought hard, so they won the war and the war ended. Our circus had received the “Good Citizen Award” too. My circus was very famous in the world and made everyone happy!
