Two perspectives - amended by Phyllis

Ben and Tom were friends. Today, Ben fought with Tom and they disliked each other.

Ben’s part

When Ben went into the classroom, he saw Tom sitting on his chair. Tom was playing with his pen! Ben was angry and hit Tom. Although they were friends, Ben hit him hard. Ben thought, “Why did you steal my pen and played with it? It is mine not yours!” Suddenly, Tom fought back. Ben thought, “You have stolen my pen and played with it, it is your fault! Why did you hit me?”

Tom’s part

When Tom saw Ben going into the classroom, he took his new pen and sat on his new chair. It was because his teacher said, “Tom, you need to change your seat. You will be in Ben seat.” Suddenly, Ben hit Tom. Tom thought, “Why does he hit me?” Tom fell down. He stood up again quickly and fought back.

Ending

The teacher told Ben the fact, and Ben cried, “Sorry Tom!” And they played football happily together in the afternoon!
